All digital engineering, custom web development, brand identity design, and consulting engagements provided by ECOMEXPRES LTD are subject to explicit formal Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between the client and ECOMEXPRES LTD.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under English law, ECOMEXPRES LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this website or third-party web services referenced herein.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
